Terms of Service

1.1. ProfitOnTime provides an educational online course about trading forex and stocks (the "Course"), sold in packages, and access to an AI-based learning assistant (the "AI Mentor").

1.2. The Service is educational only. ProfitOnTime is not a broker, investment firm, financial adviser or portfolio manager, and is not authorised or regulated by any financial authority. Nothing in the Course, on the website or produced by the AI Mentor is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument.

1.3. Please read our Risk Disclaimer before using the Service. It forms part of these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract in your country. You're responsible for making sure that taking the Course and, if you choose, trading, is legal where you live.

3.1. To join, you submit a request with your contact details. A ProfitOnTime manager will contact you to answer your questions and open your account.

3.2. Keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3.3. Your access is personal. You may not share your account, resell access or let others use it.

3.4. We may freeze or close your account if you breach these Terms, including by sharing access, copying or redistributing Course materials, abusing the AI Mentor, providing false identity documents, or attempting to interfere with the Service. Where reasonable, we'll tell you why.

4.1. Before you can top up your balance, we ask you to verify your identity by uploading a photo of an identity document and a selfie holding it.

4.2. We may refuse a verification, for example if the photos are unreadable or don't match, and tell you why. You can submit new photos.

4.3. How we handle these documents is described in our Privacy Policy.

5.1. Packages are paid from your ProfitOnTime balance. You top up your balance by creating a top-up request in your account: you choose the amount and the payment method (bank transfer or a supported cryptocurrency), we send you payment details for that request, you pay and tell us you've paid, and we credit your balance once we've received the money.

5.2. Your balance is shown in US dollars. We credit the amount we actually receive. Fees charged by your bank, payment provider or blockchain network are your responsibility. For cryptocurrency, send only the coin and network named in the payment details; funds sent with a different coin or network may be lost.

5.3. Your balance is not a bank account or a deposit, and it earns no interest. It can only be used to buy packages.

5.4. Bonuses. We may add bonuses to your balance. A bonus can be spent on packages, but it is not money you paid: it is never paid out or refunded, and it can't be transferred.

5.5. Paying out your balance. Money you topped up and haven't spent can be paid out on request to support, by the method you used to top up. We handle these requests manually.

5.6. We may correct your balance if an amount was credited by mistake. Every change to your balance is recorded and shown in your account.

6.1. The Course is offered in packages (currently Starter, Pro and Elite). The website and your account show what each package includes and its price. Each package includes everything in the packages ranked below it.

6.2. You buy a package from your balance in your account. The price is deducted from your balance and you get access straight away.

6.3. You can move up to a higher package at any time by buying it at its full listed price. The price of a package you already own is not deducted from it.

6.4. Access to your package has no time limit. It lasts for as long as ProfitOnTime operates the Service, unless your account is closed under section 3.4 or you receive a refund for that package.

7.1. The AI Mentor is an automated tool powered by a third-party AI model. It can explain Course material, review your mistakes, quiz you, and check a trade plan you describe against the rules taught in the Course.

7.2. To use the AI Mentor, you open an account with our partner broker through the link in your ProfitOnTime account. You don't need to deposit money with the broker to use the AI Mentor. Your broker account is governed by the broker's terms, not these Terms, and whether you ever fund it or trade real money is your decision alone. ProfitOnTime receives no payment from the broker.

7.3. The AI Mentor does not predict markets, does not know your full financial situation and does not tell you what to buy or sell. Its assessment of a trade plan is a comparison against Course criteria, not a forecast or a recommendation.

7.4. AI output can be incomplete or wrong. Always check it against the Course material and use your own judgement. Every trading decision is yours alone.

7.5. Don't enter passwords, bank details or other sensitive personal information into the AI Mentor.

All Course content, including text, video, graphics and software, belongs to ProfitOnTime or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials of your package for your own learning while your access lasts. You may not copy, record, publish, sell or distribute them.

Didn’t earn 10% in your first week? Get a full refund. How this works is described in our Refund Policy. If you are a consumer in a country that gives you additional statutory rights, those rights are not affected.

10.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProfitOnTime is not liable for any trading losses, lost profits or other financial loss arising from your use of the Service, from decisions you make based on the Course or the AI Mentor, from your dealings with any broker, or from trading in general.

10.2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for packages in the 12 months before the claim.

10.3. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We work to keep the Service available, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update Course content and the AI Mentor to improve them.

We may update these Terms. We'll post the new version on this page with a new effective date and, for material changes, notify account holders by email. Changes don't affect packages already bought.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION]. Disputes will be resolved by the courts of [JURISDICTION], unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
